Delivery
Delivery of your products is made in accordance with your choice of delivery as per our Delivery options. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please see our FAQs or Delivery page for further information.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, should you not be for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange provided that products are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your return should be wrapped in the same packaging in which you received it and returned to Portal Games Ltd, Portal House, PO Box 623, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 9EB.
Upon receipt of the goods in saleable condition we will give you a full refund for their cost. Please note that we do not refund any carriage charges. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
All items leave our offices in saleable condition and we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred in their delivery to you.
For the avoidance of doubt this shall not in any way affect your statutory rights.
