- Donations will be made to nominated football clubs or schools based on purchases made through the Football Resurrection web site at the rate of 5% on all spending excluding delivery and VAT.
- Purchases which are refunded are not eligible and the refund value will be deducted from the total of the eligible purchases for the period in which the refund is made.
- Monies will be accrued for donation on transactions as they are made ready for payment either when the total accrued for an individual club or school reaches £250 or every three months, whichever occurs first.
- There is no limit on the number of donations that can be made to an individual club or school.
- Clubs and schools will be contacted by email, post or phone and payments will be made by cheque directly to the club or school.
- In the event that a club or school is found not to exist accrued donations will be paid to Portal Games'school of choice for the period that monies were accrued. Our school of choice for 2008 is Little Teapots Pre-school, The Erskine Centre, Chevington Road, Chedburgh, Suffolk, IP29 4UL.
- Any transactions deemed fraudulent by Portal Games Ltd will not be eligible.
- We may change these terms or withdraw the donation program at any time by putting a message here orelsewhere on our website.
